A.P.S recruits experienced personnel either through its pool of permanent employees or through its permanently updated database.
All personnel qualifications comply with IMCA requirements, including BOSIET (offshore survival).

• supervisors marine,
• marine personnel,
• surveyors.
A.P.S makes necessary arrangement for visas, work permits and travel in order to mobilise the crew on time at any offshore place.
IMCA
The International Marine Contractors Association
Represents offshore, marine and underwater engineering contractors
IMCA is the international trade association representing offshore, marine and underwater engineering companies.
It seeks to:
- strive for the highest possible standards with a balance of risk and cost in relation to: health & safety; technology; quality & efficiency; environmental awareness & protection;
- achieve and sustain self-regulation in the industry;
- ease the free movement of equipment and personnel globally;
- promote equitable contracting regimes;
- provide the framework for training, certification, competence and recruitment to support and sustain the industry globally;
- resolve industry issues; and
- promote co-operation across the industry.
IMCA promotes improvements in quality, health, safety, and environmental and technical standards through the publication of guidance and information notes, codes of practice, and by other appropriate means. Members also receive regular briefing notes on technical issues, regulatory developments, and news and events appropriate to own activities.
